I thought I give this restaurant another try but I was wrong. The wait time is the worst! Very frustrating to see empty tables and we are still waiting after 45 minutes! Bad management?

Definitely not what it used to be. Used to be great place and vibe but now it's just awful. Bad service and takes wait to long to get all of your order. Workers where constantly joking and using profanity which I finf very unprofessional. Used to really enjoy this place but will no longer will be going back.

I bet you're experience might vary depending on how you order. I walked in and ordered to take out or to go. About a 30 min or more of just sitting there and no one so much as asked me if I needed anything. I was asked to move while they sat other customers but in the end I had to ask if my order was ready. It was sitting on the shelf. The staff was a bit weird. And they forgot to give me my drink. Had to walk back in for the drink. It's probably a good place to eat but my experience was awkward. Maybe next time if I ever go again it might be better.

Horrible customer service, hostess was rude and had an attitude. Our server was even worse (destiny) had a horrible attitude. Only saw her when she took our order ,had to ask other servers for refills and things we needed. When our server finally comes back she just throws our check on the table doesn't say anything . Been to alondras numerous times always had very good customer service . I don't know what happened today but will not be coming back to this place. And will never reccomend it to anyone !!!!!

Service was great, it was near closing but they didn't mind that we were there, 2 other friends were there and we got the atomic wings and had extra sauce for the sample, the wings were hot asf😂, but super dank, I'd recommend them desdass, highly recommend it

This is my favorite song place, but yet that's not enough for 5 stars. This place has gotten more and more stingy with their servings. Used to be 6 wings and 2 sides, then for the same price 6 wings and 1 side, and now it's 4 wings and 1 side for the same price. I hate what is happening with this place. Service isn't as good as it used to be, but still better than any other Wing place in my opinion. Have been super discouraged to come back every time I come back by their business tactics.

Walked in for a take out order with 3 kids ,I seated at a booth and was moved no reason I figured ok someone is gonna dine in there so I moved outside where it was empty and then again was asked to move only to be standing while the seats remained empty, I asked for my money back and left

Good place to come and eat. They got great wings. Many flavors to choose from. Burgers if you not feeling the wings. Chili cheese pastrami fries. Beer for the thirsty. Seriously a good place to come and eat with your friends. They got the TV's so you can watch the game, and yes. It does get packed sometimes.

Pizza is good, but not the service. Been here twice, and I prefer driving further for the location in Alhambra. That being said, their pizza is good as well as the appetizers. The beer prices are ok, although they do offer small discounts when u buy beer during dodger games. As far as desserts, a very small selection. It was a triple chocolate cake and beignets. And of course this particular visit they were out of the chocolate cake. So we ordered the beignets. If you never tried beignets, you’ll like them, but they’re not memorable. Parking is plenty, even during busy hours.

The service here was impeccable!! Everyone from our waiter to the manager was extremely helpful and welcoming. They found great ways to accommodate for their customers during this pandemic. We even got free beignets and they were so delicious!! We will definitely be back!

Food is decent when you have that craving... the customer service 🤦♀️👀 they seat you fairly quickly, and you sit and wait....... servers will walk past you. Waiters/waitress walk past multiple times, then they huddle and decide who will take your order. I don't think they realize YOU CAN SEE THEM! Lol

I highly recommend you try the lime chili wings. The food was great. My only concern was that they brought us 2 items wr didn't order. They did correct it, and took it off of our bill. But they still missed a side from one of the orders. Everything else was great.
